The hardest part of this work wasn’t building the clinical knowledge. It was learning to trust myself in the room. That’s what I want to help you build.

Clinical Supervision

Thrive as a clinician

I offer supervision for therapists building a trauma-informed, eating-disorder-focused practice — whether you're working toward licensure hours or simply want a space to sharpen your clinical thinking. Supervision draws on the same modalities I use in session, including EMDR, DBT, and trauma-informed eating disorder work, along with real case consultation grounded in years of direct client work.

Who I work with

I provide supervision to pre-licensed therapists working toward licensure as a state approved supervisor candidate. I also provide consultation to licensed clinicians who are building a trauma-informed and eating-disorder-focused practice.

What to expect

Supervision is a working space, not a lecture. We'll look at your active cases, talk through what's stuck or uncertain, and build your clinical judgment alongside your technical skill. I also pay attention to the parts of this work that wear on a clinician — vicarious trauma, self-doubt, the weight of holding someone else's pain — because sustainable practice depends on both.

Individual supervision

One-on-one supervision gives you focused time on your caseload, your specific clinical questions, and your growth as a clinician. This format works well if you're accumulating licensure hours, working through a particularly complex case, or want supervision tailored closely to your pace and needs.

Group supervision

Group supervision brings together a small cohort of clinicians for shared case consultation and peer learning. Beyond the clinical content, it's a chance to build connection with other therapists doing similar work — something that can be hard to find in a solo or small practice.

Session details

Individual Supervision $125 per 60 minute session

Group Supervision $85 per 90 minute group session, 6 clinicians maximum per group

I am a Supervisor Candidate in Oregon, working under the oversight of an approved supervisor, Samantha Turpin, LPC.
